CIRCLE is intended to promote the sharing of research and information in the cultural sector in Europe, build linkages between cultural researchers, documentalists, policy makers and cultural managers.

Member Privileges

• share information about your current research projects through CPRO (Cultural Policy Research On-line).
  
  
• access the names, addresses and contact addresses of colleagues throughout Europe in CIRCLE's Membership list.
  
  
• receive regular copies of CIRCULAR, Circle's bi-annual newsletter on cultural policy and be able to submit articles to the same.
  
  
• obtain free or discounted access to CIRCLE's Round Tables, Symposiums and expert meetings.
  
  
• have priority access to CIRCLE's publications (free or at a reduced cost).
  
  
• have voting rights at the Annual General Assembly.
